SearchPlus HR Consultancy advertises a Neurosurgeon role with a leading UAE government healthcare facility. The selected candidate will diagnose and treat complex brain and spine conditions, perform surgeries, and lead multidisciplinary care.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, ongoing education, and research involvement. Candidates should possess recognized medical degrees and postgraduate neurosurgery qualifications, with Western qualifications preferred.

Competenze

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery.
• Western qualifications preferred (UK CC T/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, Australian Board, South African Board or equivalent).
• Relevant post-specialization experience appropriate to the Specialist/Consultant role.
• Demonstrated neurosurgical expertise and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Mansioni

• Assess and manage patients with brain, spinal, and peripheral nerve conditions requiring surgery.
• Perform neurosurgical procedures as per expertise and scope of practice.
• Manage neurosurgical emergencies including traumatic brain injuries and spinal trauma.
• Evaluate patients for brain/spinal tumors and hydrocephalus.
• Interpret CT/MRI and other neurological imaging.
• Provide preop assessment, postop care, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and rehab specialists.
• Monitor outcomes and manage complications.
• Maintain medical records, adhere to guidelines and infection control.
• Participate in audits, teaching, and continuing medical education.
