Job summary

Seddiqi Holding is seeking Emirati Nationals to join our Luxury Sales team in the UAE. You will use your luxury product knowledge to inspire customers and deliver a premium in-store experience, while building long-term relationships and following up with clients through calls, emails, and personalized communications.

Collaborating with a high-performing team, you will help meet brand objectives and exceed expectations for a prestigious clientele.

Qualifications

Demonstrated passion and knowledge for luxury retail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of high-end customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Fluency in both English & Arabic.
An Emirati family book.

Responsibilities

Use your exceptional product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury point of experience (we will give you extensive training on this).
Ensure customer loyalty by building long-standing relationships and follow up with these clients through telephone calls, emails, cards and special announcements.
Work as part of a high-performing team to meet, and exceed, the brand and store’s unique objectives.
