Job summary

Freedom Broker Global Markets in the UAE is building an elite Wealth Management team focused on UHNW clients, brokerage, and capital-market services. This is a founding-member opportunity backed by Freedom Holding Corp.

You will identify and acquire HNWI clients, manage a high-net-worth portfolio, and cross-sell the full brokerage suite. Excellent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales experience in regulated brokerage, private bank, or wealth firm.
• Proven record of acquiring and managing HNWI clients.
• Deep knowledge of ADGM/DFSA/FCA/SEC regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire Qualified Investor Clients per ADGM FSRA rules.
• Be primary relationship manager for HNWI portfolio and expand AUM.
• Cross-sell full brokerage product suite and hit new accounts/trading targets.
• Track pipeline and KPIs in CRM; share market insights with leadership.
