Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant Glaucoma Surgery Specialist to lead advanced glaucoma management and surgical care within a specialized eye center in Dubai. This role emphasizes complex glaucoma procedures, long-term disease control, and multidisciplinary collaboration with various specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization experience in glaucoma surgery.
• DHA eligibility or licensure in Dubai.
• Proven surgical expertise with strong patient satisfaction outcomes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced glaucoma procedures including trabeculectomy, tube shunt implantation, and minimally invasive surgery.
• Diagnose and manage various types of glaucoma using clinical protocols.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient glaucoma care with long-term follow-up plans.
• Utilize advanced imaging technologies like OCT for disease monitoring.
• Collaborate with other ophthalmology specialists for integrated treatment.
• Contribute to teaching and supervision of junior ophthalmologists.
