Qualifications

• Minimum 5‑7 years of post‑specialist experience in glaucoma management and surgery.
• Strong expertise in advanced glaucoma diagnostics, laser procedures, trabeculectomy, glaucoma drainage devices, and complex case management.
• Experience in tertiary eye care or academic institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage all types of glaucoma and optic nerve disorders.
• Perform comprehensive glaucoma assessments, including visual field analysis and OCT interpretation.
• Provide medical, laser, and surgical treatment plans for patients.
