Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a proactive Community & Events Manager in Dubai to own and grow a closed network of top real estate brokers. You will drive daily chat engagement, curate content, and orchestrate exclusive events and luxury trips for elite members.

Ideally you bring experience in VIP hospitality and luxury real estate, strong communication, and a high level of discretion. Based in Dubai, you’ll collaborate with the SMM team and lead gifting programs to strengthen loyalty.

Qualifications

Experience in community management, event production, or VIP hospitality in the UAE or luxury real estate sector.
Proactive, fast-thinking, and resourceful with ownership of projects from concept to execution.
Strong communication, high EQ, and discretion with high-net-worth individuals.
Fluent English; additional Russian/Arabic are a plus.
Based in Dubai (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Own, nurture, and grow a closed ecosystem of top brokers and real estate professionals in Dubai.
Drive daily chat engagement, share content, and provide market insights to the community.
Plan and execute private offline events, masterminds, and luxury trips for members.
Coordinate gifting strategies, welcome kits, and milestone rewards for top participants.
Collaborate with the SMM team to plan announcements and promotional materials for a luxury audience.
Act as the primary concierge and trusted contact for elite members to foster loyalty.
