This Senior Property Consultant role focuses on secondary market and off-plan sales, leveraging a vast broker network and direct developer relationships to close high-value transactions.

You will work with elite agents, self-generate qualified leads, and manage buyer/seller relationships to maximize earnings under a commission-based structure with up to 70% commission

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Proven track record in secondary market/off plan sales.
• Strong ability to close resale transactions.
• Strong existing broker network.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary market and key communities.
• Ability to self-generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
• Strong buyer and seller relationship management skills.
• Experience with property portals is a plus.
• Professional, well-presented.
• Dual-language proficiency is a strong advantage.
