Job summary

TalentSpoc is seeking an experienced Specialist Critical Care Physician to provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU at our Dubai facility. The role requires expertise in life-threatening conditions, advanced life-support, and complex critical care cases.

The ideal candidate will have MBBS with a Fellowship in Critical Care and at least 3 years of post-specialization experience, strong ICU management, and excellent teamwork.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in medicine.
• Master's degree, postgraduate specialist qualification or fellowship in Critical Care Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
• Strong ICU management, ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring experience.
• Excellent clinical judgment and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage critically ill patients in ICU.
• Provide comprehensive care to ICU patients.
• Manage life-threatening conditions including sepsis and respiratory failure.
• Provide and monitor advanced life-support interventions (ventilation, hemodynamic support).
• Coordinate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses and other staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and quality care.
