The successful candidate will manage critically ill patients, lead ICU care, and collaborate with intensivists, anesthesiologists, emergency physicians, and subspecialists.

Qualifications

• Requires Board-certified intensivist with Emirates licensing readiness.
• Experience in high-acuity ICU in tertiary care settings preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary ICU teams.
• Strong knowledge of infection control and patient safety.
• Proficient in advanced life support and critical care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive management of critically ill patients in a state-of-the-art ICU.
• Lead ICU care for patients needing mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic support.
• Perform and supervise advanced life-support procedures (intubation, central line, arterial line).
• Manage ventilated patients and weaning protocols with advanced respiratory strategies.
• Coordinate care for post-operative and trauma patients requiring intensive monitoring.
