Job summary

Talentspoc LLC is seeking an experienced Specialist Critical Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care for critically ill patients in the ICU at our facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage life-threatening conditions with advanced life-support interventions and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Required qualifications include MBBS or equivalent and a Master’s/Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine, with a minimum of 3 years post-specialization experience.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent internationally recognized primary medical qualification.
• Relevant Master's degree, postgraduate specialist qualification, fellowship, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
• Strong experience in ICU management, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support.
• Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive care to patients admitted to the ICU.
• Manage critical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac emergencies, and multiple organ dysfunction.
• Provide and monitor advanced life-support interventions, including mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic support.
• Perform critical care procedures within the scope of clinical expertise.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans according to clinical response.
• Manage medical emergencies and stabilize patients requiring intensive care.
• Coordinate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety and quality care.
