You will plan direct marketing efforts, maintain client relationships, and contribute to revenue targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with finance or related degree.
• Strong sales drive and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic banking knowledge and customer focus.
• Good teamwork and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Elite Banking client relationships with senior leaders to provide high level service.
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to support sales initiatives.
• Help achieve revenue targets including AUM CASA and customer acquisition.
• Promote and sell personal finance and investment products.
• Provide daily sales reports and forecast performance to leadership.
• Build relationships with Priority Customers to increase share of wallet.
• Meet customer expectations and minimize complaints; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Research markets, develop referrals, and initiate contact with prospects.
• Visit clients periodically and introduce new prospective clients daily.
• Attend product trainings and comply with regulatory policies.
