We seek an elite Assistant Bar Manager to support the Bar Manager across four service styles, balancing casual daytime beach club service with ultra-premium nightlife operations.

The role requires leading a large international team, ensuring premium spirits, precise pour-costs, and strict regulatory compliance in a fast-paced Dubai venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager in a high-volume Dubai venue.
• Full knowledge of UAE alcohol licensing regulations and DTCM compliance.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits and cocktails, including classic and avant-garde programs.
• Excellent cost control, inventory management, and pour-cost auditing.
• Ability to lead a large international team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage operations across Pool & Beach, Lounge, Dining, and Nightlife.
• Schedule, mentor, and motivate a large international bar team.
• Oversee beverage ordering with data-driven par levels and sales trends.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce waste with audits.
• Apply bar cost controls to meet pour-cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE licensing, health, and safety regulations.
