A prestigious Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE is seeking experienced Anesthesia Specialists and Consultants to join its established clinical team. Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Anesthesia/Anaesthesiology.
• Relevant specialist or consultant-level clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and determine anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and other anesthesia techniques.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition intra-operatively.
• Provide perioperative management for complex and emergency cases.
• Ensure post-operative pain management and patient recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in emergency response and critical care activities as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical standards and safety.
• Support teaching, mentoring and knowledge-sharing with junior staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
