Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in elevator industry.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft-based software (MS Projects/Primavera/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage all pre-installation works including information flow and resource planning.
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects and consultants on shop drawings and approvals.
• Oversee installation phase, ensure safety, QA/QC, and timely progress using MS Projects or Primavera.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports and attend meetings with the main contractor.
• Handover completed units to customers per Otis policies.
