Job summary

Security and Intelligence Services (SIS) in Dubai seeks an experienced Elevator and Escalator Adjuster to handle mechanical and electrical installation, testing and commissioning while ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures.

You will review drawings, configure controllers, align encoders, and perform functional tests, maintaining PPE and reporting results through company systems.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Electronics is required.
• More than 2 years of experience in Elevator and Escalator adjustment, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Perform mechanical and electrical installation, inspection, and adjustments of elevators and escalators.
• Configure controller parameters and drive systems.
• Perform encoder alignment, motor tuning, and door adjustments.
• Inspect and test safety circuits.
• Conduct functional testing (load, safety gear, governor, limits, brakes).
• Troubleshoot electrical and communication faults in control/drive systems.
• Attend technical trainings and certification programs.
