MENA WATER FZC in Sharjah seeks a field service engineer to support customers by diagnosing and repairing electromechanical water treatment equipment. You will perform maintenance, respond to service requests, and train customers on proper operation.

The role requires a diploma or degree in electromechanical or electrical engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a willingness to travel and work outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the water treatment industry.
• Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries, concerns and service requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot water treatment equipment issues and perform repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electromechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders and reports.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers and junior technicians.
• Ensure all service activities meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor spare parts inventory to ensure availability for timely repairs.
• Stay updated with advancements to improve service efficiency.
