Insight 360 Consultants L.L.C-FZ is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in water treatment EPC projects. The role requires independent mechanical calculations, equipment design review, and coordination of fabrication, inspection and installation activities in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering for water treatment plants, along with familiarity with ASME/B31.3/API 650 and relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years in mechanical design & engineering, preferably in water treatment EPC projects.
• Familiar with ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3, API 650, AWWA/ASTM standards.
• GRP/FRP fabrication knowledge.
• Experience with 3D CAD tools such as Plant 3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.

Responsabilités

• Design and engineer water treatment equipment and skid-mounted systems.
• Prepare GADs, fabrication drawings and mechanical datasheets.
• Review pressure vessels, tanks, filters, and skid-mounted equipment.
• Perform calculations for vessels, tanks, supports, nozzles, and foundations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and fabrication teams.
• Support FAT, hydrotesting and final equipment acceptance.
• Coordinate with process, piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation teams.
