Job summary

KBR-Abu Dhabi seeks a Program Delivery Assistant Engineer – Electrical Transmission systems for the TRANSCO-NEXUS project in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee construction, commissioning and handover of substations, gid-stations, STATCOM and OHL, reporting to Project Delivery Managers.

You will coordinate multiple supervision consultants and EPCs, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery within budget, while providing technical guidance to project teams and fostering strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in power transmission construction.
• Experience as PMC/supervision consultant or EPC on similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day on-site activities and manage information flow between field and office.
• Lead planning and delivery of the TRANSCO-NEXUS Project within time and budget.
• Coordinate EPC-related operations and oversee power transmission package.
• Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and manage risk.
