Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks a Senior Engineer to lead electrical systems technical execution from concept to completion. You will own technical solutions, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver results that matter to customers in diverse industries.

Responsibilities include owning scope from award to closure, designing HV, MV, and LV solutions, managing risks and interfaces, and ensuring quality delivery across complex projects.

Join us as a Senior Engineer leading electrical systems technical execution from concept to completion. This role puts you at the center of complex projects where you'll own technical solutions, lead talented teams, and deliver results that matter to our customers.

What will you do?

• Own technical scope for electrical systems projects from award through closure, ensuring quality delivery
• Lead technical teams through specification, design, implementation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Identify technical risks and manage interfaces across project stakeholders and management
• Design and deliver electrical solutions spanning HV, MV, and LV systems across diverse market segments
