Job summary

alfanar electric seeks an experienced on-site Electrical Supervisor to lead a dedicated team across site operations in UAE. You will manage installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and maintain precise documentation for progress reporting.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical engineering with 6–10 years of relevant experience on site, and a strong focus on health, safety and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute
• 6 to 10 Years of work experience on-site electrical projects

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure tasks meet specifications and standards.
• Team Coordination: assign tasks, guide and support team members, coordinate with engineers/supervisors.
• Progress Monitoring: track daily progress and report to site engineer or project manager.
• Health and Safety: enforce safety rules and conduct inspections for safe working conditions.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain daily site records and assist in progress reports.
• HR Proficiency: train subordinates and lead the team with clear delegation and fairness.
• Delivery: execute planned activities to meet targets within time and cost constraints.
• Problem-Solving: resolve issues and escalate complex operational problems.
• Quality: ensure quality requirements and robust quality control.
• Business Process Improvements: document systems and seek automation opportunities.
• Compliance: adhere to policies, procedures and work instructions.
