Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in the UAE seeks a Civil Site Engineer for substation projects (132kV/220kV/400kV). You will supervise civil works, ensure adherence to drawings, method statements, and authority standards, and coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and QA/QC.

The role covers planning, setting out, HSE compliance, and timely delivery across substations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. A bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 4–8 years of UAE substation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• 4–8 years of civil construction experience; UAE substation exposure desirable.
• Knowledge of DEWA/ADDC/TRANSCO standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil works at substation sites.
• Verify drawings, method statements and project specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and QA/QC teams.
• Ensure compliance with approved ITPs and authority standards.
• Prepare progress and site reports; monitor quality and safety.
