Job summary

PRIME ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING CO LLC in Dubai is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise on-site electrical works, including DEWA LV/HV systems and cable shifting. You will coordinate with authorities to obtain NOCs and approvals.

Review drawings/BOQs, prepare progress reports and RFIs, and support project handover while monitoring manpower, materials, and strict HSE compliance. 3–5 years UAE experience and proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Office required; UAE driving license a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/civil engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE/GCC electrical contracting experience, specifically with DEWA LV/HV projects.
• Prior experience with RTA infrastructure and NOC procedures preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; UAE Driving License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site electrical works, including DEWA LV/HV systems, substations, and cable shifting/diversion.
• Manage DEWA, RTA, and Dubai Municipality NOCs, approvals, inspections, and authority coordination.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and prepare site progress, RFIs, and as-built reports.
• Monitor site manpower, materials, quality, and strict HSE compliance.
• Handle monthly billing quantities and support project handover.
