Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to manage on-site execution and supervision of all electrical works across LV, MV, ELV, lighting and power systems on our projects.

You will ensure compliance with shop drawings, coordination with civil and MEP teams, conduct inspections and commissioning, and deliver progress reports while upholding safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years UAE/GCC experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in high-rise, villas or commercial projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specs.
• Familiar with local authority approvals (DEWA, Etisalat).
• Strong communication and site coordination skills.

Supervise and monitor the execution of electrical works (LV, MV, ELV, lighting, power, fire alarm, etc.) as per drawings and specifications.

Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings, material submittals, and project timelines.

Coordinate with civil and MEP teams for proper installation and integration of services.

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to project management.

Ensure compliance with DEWA / SEWA / ADDC or other local authority regulations.

Manage site materials, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:
