Job summary

ARCO TURNKEY SOLUTIONS CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for electrical works across interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will review specifications, drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.

The role involves conducting daily site inspections, preparing inspection and test plans, ITPs, and checklists, and issuing NCRs with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior Electrical and fit-out projects.
• In-depth knowledge of QA/QC practices, construction materials, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA QC procedures for all Electrical works.

• Conduct pre-handover snagging and prepare final quality documentation.
• Maintain records of inspections, test results, quality reports and documentation.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures related to quality activities.
