Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC in Dubai seeks a Procurement Specialist to study requisitions, source suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage logistics for materials across HV/LV, solar, and energy projects.

You will coordinate with project teams, maintain records, and identify cost savings while ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. This is a on-site role in the UAE with opportunities for growth within the group.

Qualifications

• Graduation preferably in Commerce or a Diploma in Engineering.
• Supply chain certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the superior in procuring materials, equipment, equipment hire, labour hire, subcontracts and services to the job site according to company policies.
• Obtain and review quotes from suppliers, and make recommendations to the Senior Officer Purchase.
• Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to the job site.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and inventory.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
• Work closely with Divisional Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers and other team members to procure materials as per site requirements.
• Identify potential cost savings opportunities and report them to superiors.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
