Job summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a marble plant in Dubai. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of stone-processing machinery and ensure production runs smoothly.

The role requires hands-on expertise with CNC, water-jet, polishing, and bridge cutting machines, plus control panels and PLC-based systems. You will coordinate with production teams, document repairs, and uphold HSE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marble/granite factory maintenance experience.
• Mandatory experience with CNC and stone-cutting machinery.
• Willingness to work in a high-demand production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for all electrical machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC, water-jet, polishing and bridge cutting machines.
• Maintain and repair control panels, wiring, sensors, motors, relays, VFDs and PLC-based systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency and machine reliability.

Black & Grey HR is hiring an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for an established Building Materials company. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation maintenance and repair of all stone-processing machinery within the marble plant. This role requires strong hands-on experience with CNC machines water-jet cutting machines polishing lines bridge cutting machines and other granite/marble fabrication equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance for all electrical machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC water-jet polishing and bridge cutting machines.
• Maintain and repair control panels wiring sensors motors relays VFDs PLC-based systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency and machine reliability.
• Maintain documentation of breakdowns repairs and spare parts usage.
• Work closely with the production and mechanical teams to resolve machine faults quickly.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and machine safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors and machine manufacturers for technical service support.
