We seek candidates with 15+ years in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom site execution on international EPC projects, including CIS/Middle East experience and a track record of managing diverse teams.

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years in Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom site work on international oil & gas EPC projects.
• Experience with CIS/FSU, Middle East and/or North Africa regions.
• Experience delivering with a diverse international workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based construction supervision with multi-discipline teams.
• Verify subcontractor methods, progress, and timesheets.
• Monitor daily field activities, QA/QC, and HSSE compliance.
• Review project quality requirements and ensure conformance to ITPs and QCPs.
• Coordinate with client and ensure vendor mobilization and turnover.
• Lead weekly schedule reviews and progress reporting.
• Ensure proper preservation and installation of equipment to high standards.
