Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a seasoned EIT Construction leader in Abu Dhabi to supervise electrical, instrumentation, and telecom field activities. You will lead site teams, coordinate with engineering and clients, and ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of complex EPC execution.

The role requires 20+ years of EIT site/construction experience with international Oil & Gas EPC players; strong leadership, and knowledge of NEC/IEC standards. UAE/North Africa experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Lead site construction supervision and subcontractor activities against 90-day and weekly schedules.
Monitor manpower, equipment, productivity, progress and workfront readiness.
Review construction methods, drawings, specifications and subcontractor execution plans.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, ITPs, QCPs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead site supervision and manage subcontractor activities to meet schedules.
Oversee installation of electrical power/control systems, lighting, cables, trays, transformers, switchgear, motors, gensets and UPS.
Oversee instrumentation, calibration, loop checks, fire, gas, comms and fibre-optic systems.
Monitor inspections, TQs, NCRs, punch-lists and preservation activities.
Lead schedule reviews and implement recovery actions.
Mentor teams and ensure competent personnel are deployed.
