Job summary

BESIX Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for its Sewage Treatment Plant operations in the Middle East. You will oversee electrical maintenance, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure safe and compliant work practices to maximize equipment availability.

The role requires 5-8 years in industrial electrical maintenance, with 2-3 years in supervision, ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and strong knowledge of drawings, LOTO, PTW, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety standards.
Proven leadership and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Strict enforcement of safety practices including LOTO/PTW and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and allocate daily electrical maintenance tasks to technicians, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Lead preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of motors, pumps, MCCs, substations, and control panels.
Open, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS and confirm completion per site procedures.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide guidance during complex maintenance activities.
Coordinate with operations and other engineering disciplines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operation.
