Job summary

Ghobash Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced electrical estimator/drafter to prepare and modify SLDs, layouts, and cable routes using AutoCAD. You will review tender drawings, extract BOQ quantities, and support estimation with technical and commercial proposals on bids.

The role requires 35 years of Oil & Gas project experience in the UAE/GCC, strong detailing, and coordination with procurement to ensure compliant, accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 35 years of relevant experience in estimation and drafting in Oil & Gas construction projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficient in AutoCAD MS Excel and basic estimation tools.
• Good knowledge of UAE standards DEWA/ADNOC/SEWA specifications.
• Experience in preparing cable schedules load schedules and panel schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quantity estimation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
