Job summary

Innovations Global in Dubai is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to maintain and optimize electrical, instrumentation, and PLC systems across a cement plant. You will oversee routine maintenance, monitor equipment health, and drive reliability improvements in a challenging industrial setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience, with cement industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and industrial operations.
Experience in the cement manufacturing industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of PLC systems, instrumentation, and electronic equipment troubleshooting.
Experience in preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
SAP HANA knowledge desirable for maintenance documentation and job orders.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical, instrumentation and PLC systems across the plant.
Execute routine and preventive maintenance in line with ISO standards.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, instrumentation, and PLC-related issues.
Support system upgrades, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise maintenance workforce and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Maintain equipment history and job orders using SAP HANA.
