Job summary

Innovations Global in Dubai seeks an experienced Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to inspect, monitor and maintain plant instrumentation, control panels and PLC systems across our cement manufacturing operations.

You will perform overhauling, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, fabricate small panels and wire instruments including VFDs, calibrate weigh feeders and conveyors, and ensure safe, reliable plant operation in line with strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

ITI or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics or related field.
5–10 years of industrial instrumentation maintenance experience.
Cement industry experience preferred.
Practical knowledge of PLC systems, control panels, calibration, instrumentation wiring and VFDs.

Responsibilities

Inspect, monitor and maintain plant instrumentation, control panels, PLC systems and related equipment.
Perform overhauling, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of instrumentation systems and generators.
Fabricate small control panels and carry out instrument wiring, including variable frequency drives (VFDs).
Calibrate and maintain weigh feeders, bucket elevators, screw conveyors and other plant instrumentation.
Ensure reliable equipment operation and compliance with plant safety procedures.
