Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and site supervision.
• Experience on building and/or airport projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, inspection and testing procedures.
• Experience reviewing electrical drawings, technical submittals and contractor documentation.
• Knowledge of UAE electrical standards, regulations and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical installation works at the project site.
• Inspect electrical works to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, codes and project requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and inspection requests.
• Monitor installation of power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, earthing and lightning protection.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and MEP teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of completed electrical works.
• Monitor testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Identify defective or non-compliant works and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare daily site reports, inspection records and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, health and safety and UAE regulations.
• Attend site coordination meetings and support timely completion of project activities.
