Job summary

Dar, the founding member of the Sidara group, seeks a senior delivery leader in Dubai to supervise regional projects and drive complex multi-project delivery excellence.

You will define supervision models, lead RE teams, and collaborate with area directors to optimize resources and ensure high-quality outcomes on large-scale building, residential, and airport projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
• 20+ years of complex multi-project delivery leadership.
• Recognized for excellence in large-scale supervision and client partnerships.
• Extensive experience in building, residential, and airport projects.

Responsibilities

• Define supervision models and delivery protocols for regional projects.
• Lead onboarding and calibration of RE teams for consistent performance.
• Represent Dar in high-level client and authority engagements.
• Oversee strategic risk assessments and resolution strategies on key projects.
• Shape development of technical supervision tools, dashboards, and benchmarks.
• Identify trends across project portfolios and propose mitigations or enhancements.
• Sponsor capability development programs for REs and site leaders.
• Integrate site feedback into design and planning improvements.
• Collaborate with Area Directors on resource optimization and forecasting.
• Drive cross-project alignment and efficiency in site delivery models.
• Set strategic direction, negotiate effectively, and drive transparency and resilience across large project ecosystems.
