Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to lead the preparation of EIA/ESIA reports for major projects and coordinate comprehensive baseline studies across urban and energy sectors.

You will assess project impacts, develop actionable mitigation measures, and oversee environmental-management and monitoring requirements while coordinating modelling inputs and handling regulator and client comments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years environmental consulting experience.
• Demonstrable EIA/ESIA authorship.
• Energy/oil & gas or major infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC and international environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of EIA/ESIA reports.
• Coordinate environmental baseline studies.
• Assess project impacts and develop mitigation measures.
• Prepare environmental-management and monitoring requirements.
• Coordinate modelling and specialist technical inputs.
• Manage regulator/client comments.
• Support permitting and stakeholder consultations.
