Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking an Educational Psychologist to assess and support children and young people with learning, developmental, and emotional challenges within educational contexts. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and our multidisciplinary team to promote positive learning outcomes.

You will conduct psychoeducational assessments, develop recommendations for learning support, and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master's degree in Educational Psychology
• Valid UAE licensing eligibility (DHA/DOH/MOHAP) to provide services
• Minimum 2 years of educational psychology practice
• Experience with IB/IGCSE or UAE curricula
• Knowledge of KHDA/ADEK assessment frameworks

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and produce detailed reports
• Develop recommendations for learning support and school accommodations
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents
• Provide consultation to schools on SEN, SEND, and inclusion
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for academic and emotional difficulties
• Support students through educational transitions
• Conduct research and contribute to best-practice guidelines
