Job summary

YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Programme Planner to shape and manage educational programmes across activations and long-term initiatives.

You will structure scope, timelines and success metrics with internal stakeholders, align resources and budgets, and lead day-to-day delivery while ensuring high learner experience and quality.

This role requires collaboration with operations, marketing, finance and external partners to maintain programme excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Design, Architecture, or related field.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in project or programme management, preferably in education, cultural, creative, or public-facing environments.
• Experience coordinating instructors, facilitators, or subject-matter experts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Structure programme scope objectives deliverables timelines and success metrics with internal stakeholders.
• Translate educational goals into structured project plans schedules and workstreams.
• Align resources staff instructors spaces and equipment with programme requirements.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of assigned educational programmes and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate across education operations marketing finance and external partners.
• Oversee programme logistics including scheduling onboarding facilities readiness and material procurement.
• Maintain high standards of learner experience and programme quality throughout delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to timelines resources quality safety or stakeholder dependencies.
