Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Finance Officer (UAE National) for Bateen World Academy in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on finance, admissions inquiries, and fee collections within a high-performing British/IB World School environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the region.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in the Education sector is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to parents’ requirements and inquiries related to finance or admissions.
• Manage collection of tuition fees and late payments.
• Follow up late payments and returned cheques.
• Manage petty cash including reconciliation and replenishment.
• Prepare bank collection reports and undertake cheque scanning.
• Coordinate with HQ for payments and LPO processes.
