Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a finance professional to handle invoicing, receipting, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and support budgeting & MIS at the school level. The role requires collaboration with the Principal and HQ finance for timely financial close.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting and 5+ years in finance, or a professional qualification with 2+ years in a similar role. On-site Abu Dhabi location with school finance operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ Years’ experience in finance function or Professional qualification with 2+ Years’ Experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Accounts Receivable GL Accounts are accurate and collect within due date.
• Support Principal to build/modify school budget and review monthly MIS with Principal.
• Ensure invoicing for tuition, exam, trips and other invoicing is completed on time.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash per policy.
