Harrow International School Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing and Communications Executive to drive the school's brand presence and support enrollment growth. As part of the founding team, you will shape external storytelling and coordinate campaigns that showcase Harrow's values and world-class education to prospective families.

You will manage social channels, content creation, and partnerships, working closely with Taaleem Central Office Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Deliver marketing and communications activities reflecting Harrow values and standards.
• Manage the school's social media channels and internal/external communications.
• Promote and market the school to external and internal stakeholders – parents, prospective parents, press, and social media.
• Develop stronger loyalty and advocacy for the school and Taaleem group through marketing campaigns to meet recruitment, reputation and retention targets.
• Execute Harrow International School's Marketing strategy and support the creation of a school-specific Marketing strategy with Taaleem Central Office Marketing team.
