Teach Away is seeking a marketing professional in Abu Dhabi to develop and implement strategies that promote the school's brand, programmes and services. The role involves creating content for social media, websites, newsletters and other channels to attract students and support enrollment initiatives.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in marketing, with strong English communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (QFE Level 7).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Experience in organizing events and promotional campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and marketing tools.
• Graphic design and multimedia skills are preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Relevant professional licensing requirements must be met where applicable.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's brand, programmes and services.
• Create and manage marketing content for social media, website, newsletters and other communication channels.
• Support student recruitment and enrollment initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate school events, open days, exhibitions and community engagement activities.
• Maintain and enhance the school's online presence and brand image.
• Design and produce promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare related reports.

• Ensure all marketing activities align with the school's policies and branding guidelines.
