Job summary

Kerzner International Management invites a highly visual Editorial Graphic Designer to bring One&Only The Palm’s luxury identity to life across editorial, digital, social and campaigns. You will translate briefs into beautiful, culturally relevant creations and collaborate with Marketing & Communications, Sales, F&B, Spa and Events.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years’ experience in graphic design, art direction or visual communication.
• Experience within luxury hospitality, fashion, editorial, travel, lifestyle or a leading creative agency is highly desirable.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction or related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma or motion design would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital and social formats.
• Experience working on photoshoots and content productions is highly desirable.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual, editorial and luxury creative work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop editorial-led creative concepts across campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Create sophisticated visual identities for new experiences, restaurants and partnerships.
• Develop look and feel, mood boards, creative treatments and visual territories for campaigns.
• Design across digital, social, print, email, presentations, events and guest touchpoints.
• Create layouts with typography, composition, imagery and negative space.
• Bring editorial approach to photography selection, sequencing and storytelling.
• Work with photographers, videographers, stylists, agencies and partners.
• Contribute to photoshoots and content productions from concept to final execution.
• Create concepts and decks for luxury partnerships, F&B launches, events and opportunities.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, visually powerful narratives.
• Develop social-first assets while maintaining luxury aesthetics.
• Create motion, animation and digital assets where appropriate.
• Ensure consistency across all output and evolving visual expression.
• Stay ahead of fashion, luxury, travel, art and editorial trends.
• Build and maintain an organized library of assets and templates.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing speed with high standards of execution.
