Job summary

One&Only The Palm is seeking an Editorial Graphic Designer to bring the resort's visual identity to life across editorial, digital, campaigns and guest communications. You will collaborate with Marketing & Communications, Sales, F&B, Spa, Events and external partners to elevate the brand beyond standard hospitality marketing.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in graphic design, art direction or visual communication.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, fashion, editorial, travel, lifestyle or creative agency is desirable.
• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop editorial-led creative concepts across campaigns, launches and brand storytelling.
• Create sophisticated visual identities for new experiences, restaurants, partnerships and resort initiatives.
• Develop look and feel, mood boards, creative treatments and visual territories for campaigns and content.
• Design across digital, social, print, email, presentations, events and guest touchpoints.
• Create compelling layouts with typography, composition, imagery and negative space.
• Bring an editorial approach to photography selection, image sequencing and storytelling.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, agencies and other partners.
• Participate in photoshoots and content productions from concept to final execution.
• Create concepts and decks for luxury partnerships, F&B launches, events and commercial opportunities.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, visually powerful narratives.
• Develop social-first assets while maintaining a luxury aesthetic.
• Create motion, animation and digital assets where appropriate.
• Ensure consistency across all creative output and evolving brand expression.
