Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Picker for MAF Retail Ecommerce UAE. The role involves consolidating orders from the put-away area, picking items from shelves, checking expiry dates, scanning orders, and ensuring accuracy.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, 2-3 years in e-commerce operations, and the ability to maintain organized put-away areas and report anomalies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Retail online business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick the order by scanning item by item.
• Perform quality control checks on all items.
• Ensure that all picked goods conform to expiry date policy.
• Verify and confirm OOS with the section in charge.
• Provide feedback to pickers if wrong items are picked or quality is not up to standard.
• Keep put-away area organized and ensure trolleys/crates are stored properly.
• Report anomalies to the line manager (wrong product image, wrong location, picking system issue).
• Ensure all put-away locations and crates have scanable barcodes.
• Maintain goods in the proper areas and keep them in good shape.

Skills
