Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in ecommerce sales, business development, or related role with focus on relationship marketing and solution selling.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools for pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at driving online revenue growth, including farming existing accounts and acquiring new customers through various online channels.
• Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with existing clients and partners; focus on increasing retention through personalized service and regular touchpoints.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored product solutions to maximize value and foster long-term relationships.
• Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure consistent progress and follow-ups.
• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outreach, calls, emails, and networking to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive conversions and brand growth.
• Monitor sales performance and trends; provide updates on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue progress.
