Job summary

Etoile Group in Dubai seeks a Trainee to kickstart a career in luxury retail. You will support the brand management team with reports, research, analysis, administration, and marketplace management.

You’ll prepare templates, validate product details, and coordinate with brands and stores to maintain catalogs. Ideal candidates hold a business degree, have a genuine interest in fashion/luxury, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
• Strong interest in Fashion or Luxury.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic speaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare item-creation and product-enrichment templates for all marketplaces.
• Enter and check product details, barcodes, and approved prices.
• Collect assets from brands and upload for marketplaces and platforms.
• Maintain product records and associate duplicate products.
• Prepare barcode templates and manage verification and uploads.
• Coordinate routine transfers with Supply Chain, warehouses, and stores.
• Track orders, returns, RTVs, cancellations, reallocations, and packaging-material requests.
• Support monthly marketing calendars, product-focus files, and asset sharing.
• Review the website regularly for errors and content issues.
• Assist with Arabic website localization and translation of assets.

We are seeking a Trainee who is looking to kickstart their career in luxury retail industry. As a trainee you will support the brand management team in reports, research, analysis, administration, documentation and managing marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing item-creation and product-enrichment templates for all marketplaces
• Entering and checking product details, barcodes, and approved prices
• Collecting assets from brands; validating, organizing, sharing, and uploading them for all marketplaces, Marketing, Xcelerate, and GL Qatar’s e-commerce platform
• Associating duplicate products and maintaining product records
• Preparing barcode templates and managing barcode verification and uploads
• Conducting quantity and stock-availability checks
• Supporting pricing reviews and preparing approved pricing-update files
• Maintaining marketplace catalogs and completing routine product corrections
• Preparing product-transfer templates, creating transfers, and maintaining marketplace inventory
• Coordinating routine transfers with Supply Chain, warehouses, Ounass, and stores
• Tracking orders, returns, RTVs, cancellations, reallocations, exceptions, and packaging-material requests
• Following up on daily marketplace operations with Brand Management, Stores, Supply Chain, warehouses, and other internal teams
• Maintaining operational trackers, submission logs, inventory records, deadlines, and follow-up lists
• Compiling sales data and preparing initial performance reports
• Supporting monthly marketing calendars, product-focus files, sales calendars, and asset sharing
• Flagging missing data, upload errors, stock discrepancies, and operational exceptions for Jon’s review
• Supporting other marketplace operations, processes, and administrative requirements as needed
• Review the website regularly for errors, incorrect information, and content issues.
• Assist with Arabic website localization and translation: collate and prepare content for product assets and uploads.

Qualification
