Job summary

HSBC UAE is seeking an Enhanced Care Needs Manager to support ECN framework maintenance, governance and reporting. You will coordinate actions across Risk, Compliance, and frontline teams to ensure compliant processes and timely actions.

The role requires experience with Enhanced Care Needs, strong English communication, and leadership in a regulated banking environment to deliver fair customer outcomes and robust controls under UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications or customer engagement roles.
• Experience handling needs of customers with Enhanced Care Needs.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation.
• Awareness of competitor activity and market developments.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Confident communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead effectively with a solutions-focused approach.
• Graduation degree is essential for UAE visa and work permit with attestations if outside UAE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ECN activities across teams and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Customer Experience and branches to embed ECN requirements.
• Identify and manage risk, apply controls and escalate concerns.
• Produce accurate Management Information and governance reporting.
• Explain requirements clearly and support training and awareness across the business.
• Support audit, regulatory findings resolution and maintain compliance culture.
