Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in the UAE seeks an ambitious UAE National to join HSBC as Enhanced Care Needs Manager. You will coordinate the ECN framework, governance materials and reporting, while supporting frontline teams to apply ECN requirements consistently.

Success requires strong communications and organizational skills, experience with Enhanced Care Needs including People of Determination, and a graduation degree for UAE visa eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in communications, customer engagement or a similar role.
• Experience managing needs of customers with Enhanced Care Needs, including People of Determination.
• Strong organizational skills with accurate documentation.
• Awareness of market developments and customer propositions.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ECN activities across teams and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Customer Experience and branches to embed ECN requirements.
• Identify and manage risk, raise concerns when needed.
• Produce accurate Management Information and governance reporting.
• Communicate requirements clearly and support training and awareness.
• Maintain compliance and resolve audit or regulatory findings promptly.
