Job summary

AW Rostamani Group is seeking an Aftersales Manager – Earthmoving Equipment to lead the complete aftersales operation across workshop service, field support, parts, warranty, and service contracts in the UAE. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; diploma may be considered.
Minimum 10 years in earthmoving/heavy equipment aftersales.
4-5 years in service/aftersales management; budgeting and KPIs.
Experience with Liebherr or comparable brands; UAE/GCC market beneficial.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement aftersales strategy, annual plan, budget for service, parts, warranty, and field support.
Manage aftersales P&L including revenue, gross margin, expenses, invoicing, collections.
Lead workshop, field service, parts, warranty, and service teams to hit objectives.
Plan preventive maintenance, repairs, commissioning, campaigns, and field activities.
Establish coverage and response standards to maximise equipment uptime.
