Al Rabeeh Academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced and passionate Primary Teachers to join our dynamic, high-performing team for an immediate start.

You will deliver engaging lessons aligned to the English National Curriculum, foster an inclusive learning environment, assess progress, and contribute to curriculum planning while supporting students’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Be a fluent English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Have experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports student progress.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor, track, and report on student attainment and progress.
• Contribute to planning, curriculum development, and collaborative year-group work.
• Support the pastoral needs of students and promote the school’s values and behaviour expectations.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student achievements and areas for development.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.
